Murthy v.
Missouri challenges the government's censorship via social media companies.
Plaintiffs include: Aaron Kheriaty, M.D.,, Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, Dr. Martin Kulldorff, formerly of Harvard, (co-authors of The Great Barrington Declaration) Jill Hines, who runs a Health Freedom Group in Louisiana, and a journalist named Jim Hoff.
The Plaintiff’s are being represented by New Civil Liberties Alliance, a nonprofit civil rights group.
