UPDATE: Man charged in connection to Plymouth incident

Police have charged a man in connection to an incident on Saturday 4 July in Plymouth.
Philip Hogan, aged 33, of Ham Drive Plymouth has been charged with four counts of assaulting an emergency service worker and one count of affray. He has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Exeter Magistrates Court today [7 July].
