Greens and Liberal Democrats agree Exeter election pact

The Lib Dems will stand in Duryard & St James, Newtown & St Leonards, Pennsylvania,  Pinhoe, St Loyes, St Thomas and Topsham, while the Green Party will stand in Alphington, Exwick, Heavitree,  Mincinglake & Whipton, Priory and St Davids.
