Boris Johnson: MPs should vote down PM's Brexit deal

Former Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson says MPs should vote against Prime Minister Theresa May's Brexit deal in "absoute confidence it's the right thing to do".

The Meaningful Vote on Ms May's proposals is expected to take place on Tuesday after a final day of debate in Parliament.
