Napa Vineyards Inundated After Torrential Rain in California

Heavy rain raised water levels in the Russian River and Napa River, prompting flood warnings, road closures, and evacuations throughout northern California, according to local media.

Reports on Wednesday indicated the Napa River was expected to rise several more inches before cresting.
