EU's Tusk Proposes Year Long Brexit Delay

According to Reuters, European Council President Donald Tusk proposed a year-long delay to Brexit.

Tusk offered to delay the United Kingdom's Article 50 withdrawal notice by a year with an option to leave earlier, but only if the existing withdrawal agreement is ratified, which has been rejected twice by the British Parliament.

Tusk stated in a letter that the European Union would not negotiate a second withdrawal agreement.
