PMQs: Ian Blackford accuses Boris Johnson of being 'racist'

SNP Westminster leader Ian Blackford accuses Tory leadership contender Boris Johnson of being "racist" and asks the prime minister if he is "fit for office".

Speaker John Bercow asks him to withdraw his allegation of racism - but Mr Blackford doubles down, quoting previous comments Mr Johnson has made about Muslim women.
