U.S. Looks To Re-Launch Trade Talks After G20 Meeting

According to a report by Reuters, on Tuesday, a senior administration official said that the United States will look to re-launch trade talks with China after President Donald Trump and President Xi Jinping meet in Japan on Saturday, however Washington will not accept any conditions on tariffs.

The offiical reportedly said that both sides could agree not to impose new tariffs as a gesture of goodwill to jumpstart the negotiations, however it remained unclear if that would happen.
