Donald Trump said Monday night that trade negotiations with China have "essentially" begun, but noted final agreement would need "titled advantage" for U.S. Some investors were skeptical of the seemingly positive G-20 talks.

Now, the President has said any deal must be better for the U.S. than it is for China.

The U.S. Trade Representative's office proposed to increase the value of European-made goods targeted for potential import tariffs by $4 billion to $25 billion.

OPEC members agreed to extend output cuts into March 2020, citing an improving global economy and the ongoing shale boom in the United States.

This may bring the price of oil up.
