Republican Congressman Chris Collins Will Plead Guilty To All Charges

Republican congressman Chris Collins will plead guilty in an insider-trading case.

The House Representative for New York's 27th District first pled not guilty after being arrested in 2018.

His son, Cameron Collins, and the father of Cameron's fiancee, Stephen Zarsky, were also arrested and charged.

Collins submitted his resignation letter to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and New York Governor Andrew Cuomo Monday.
