He has every opportunity to present his case.

But it's really a sad thing.

I mean, what the president did was so much worse than even what richard nixon did, that at some point richard nixon cared about the country enough to recognize that this could not continue.

Reporting in oxford deandria turner wcbi news we know what the holiday season feels like... but sunday at the mount vernon church in columbus over one hundred women found out what the holidays taste like..

Wcbi's tyler hull got to do a little taste himself...he invites us to the table and shares how it all started// taste of the holidays started just over 10 years ago.

"i think we had 100 maybe 150 people and was scared to death that nobody would show up because it was the first year" founder angie reeves says she never thought it'd be what it is today.

The event has been successful since it started in 2007....what was once a yearly event, is now every other year to give hundreds of particpants to prepare.

She says it was a joy that people showed up the first time all those years ago.

"when they told me the first year that they're were people here i just almost cried because i was so happy cause it's a lot of effort and if it wasn't for our cooks we wouldn't have an event you know so now i know people are going to be here i know the room is going to be full and i know we're going to have have so it's just so amazing" the event lets women sample 75 holiday recipes....appitiezers, main course meals, desserts, and drinks... groups and connections minister aimee bradley says that the event had to make some changes after it began to grow... "i first got here we were doing it every year now it's an every other year event because it has just kind of gotten so big and like i said there's over 250 women here 74, 75 recipes and just because of the amount of time that it takes as well as events that we can't do every year" bradley also says that by not doing it every year no one gets tired of it and the cooks have time to come back with new ideas and recipes.

Reporting in columbus tyler hull wcbi news if you missed out on this years event you will have to wait until 2021 until the next one.

Is your teen driving yet?

It can be pretty scary for some parents.

We have tips on how to lower your anxiety while teaching your child to drive coming up in tonights mom to mom// welcome back everyone// if you're parent of a teenager who's getting behind the wheel, you know the anxiety and nervousness that can come with it// in tonights mom to mom, mandy shares some tips on how not to lose your mind while teaching your child how to safely maneuver the wheel// today on mom to mom, we're going to teach you how to teach your teen how to drive without losing your sanity.

Tip number one, pick an empty parking lot that has the least obstacles possible.

That way they can practice their parking, they can back up, they can do all sorts of things to get ready for the main highway.

Bella w.: i'm just as worried about hitting things as much as you are.

Mandy w.: tip two, practice often.

Bella w.: like every day.

Mandy w.: as parents, we are really tired after a long day of working, but we really just need to make time for our kids so they can get as much practice in as possible.

Bella w.: the sooner you teach me how to drive, the sooner i can drive myself.

Mandy w.: tip number three, two or more teachers are better than one.

So if you have maybe a close friend that is willing to work with them, that would be perfect, because then their stress level and yours is definitely a lot lower.

Bella w.: trust me, i would love to learn with somebody else.

Mandy w.: tip number four, try to keep those emotions in check.

Bella w.: you yelling at us does not help in the slightest.

Mandy w.: if you're feeling stressed out, angry, or upset, it's going to do nothing but upset your child, and then it's dangerous for everyone involved.

Bella w.: the more nervous that you are, the more nervous i'm going to be.

Mandy w.: tip number five, expect those oops moments to happen.

I mean, they're just starting to learn how to drive, so they're not going to be perfect.

Make sure you do a review when you're finished.

Talk about the positives, the negatives, and remember they're your kids and we love them.

Moms, feel free to share your driving tips on our facebook page, and we'll see you in the next mom to mom.
