We start with information you'll only find on news 3 now this morning... documents that show the madison student, suspended for shooting classmates with a b-b gun, had been written up 26 times for behavior issues.

That includes a september incident in which he claimed he wanted to quote ... 'shoot up the school and kill everyone.'

Documents show staff had commented that they believed the student just wanted attention -- and wasn't making an actual threat.

The district did not answer our questions about their response to those incidents ... but in a statement ... interim superintendent jane belmore says they are investiting t potential release of private information.

O 17-year-old girls are now facing charges of making a terroristic threat after a bomb threat.

That threat was found written on the girls' bathroom stalls at marshfield high school.

Officers say they don'telieve the girls intended to carry out their threat, but say they do take every threat seriously.

We're learning the 16-year-old student at oshkosh west high -- used a barbecue fork to stab a resource officer according to a complaint -- it all started because a friend dared the teen weeks ago to stab the officer with a pencil, then steal his gun and either shoot himself or the officer.
