SPANISH URBAN CYCLIST, SERGI LLONGUERAS, HOPPING ON THREE BLOCKS IN THE MIDDLE OF A FOUNTAIN POOL AND THEN BACK TO LEDGE WHERE HE JUST BARELY MAKES IT, FRONT WHEEL FIRST, WITHOUT SPLASHING INTO THE POOL (LAST JUMP IN SLOW MOTION) STORY: In a daring stunt, Spanish urban cyclist Sergi Llongueras made four hops over a fountain pool in Barcelona and just barely makes it back to dry land without plunging into the water.
The 2019 men's trial 26 inch world champion uploaded a video of himself making three hops onto blocks in the fountain pool, all on his back wheel.
He then turns to return to dry land, to attempt the most difficult jump.
He manages to leap, connect with his front tyre and then pull up the back tyre, clearing the pool below him and safely making it back without so much as a splash.
Llongueras told Reuters he was out for some preseason training with friends when he completed the stunt and that he was wearing the jersey he won at the 2019 UCI World Championships in China.
