Jeremy Corbyn condemns Boris Johnson for failing to visit flood-hit homes

Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn criticised the Prime Minister for failing to visit flood-hit communities, adding an emergency Cobra meeting should also have been called.

The Opposition leader spoke to residents whose homes have been flooded in Rhydyfelin in Rhondda Cynon Taf, Wales.
