Bernie Sanders have demanded that Amazon ensure their worker's safety amid the coronavirus outbreak.
In the letter, Omar and Sanders asked Amazon to clarify if it's providing workers with hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes.
The lawmakers also asked if Amazon's warehouses are being reconfigured to follow social distancing guidelines.
Amazon's sales have soared amid the coronavirus outbreak and the company announced it will hire 100,000 new workers.
According to a CNBC report, some Amazon warehouse workers don't have access to hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes.
Omar said in a tweet that Amazon is "putting the lives of workers at risk by exposing them to COVID-19."
