CNBC reports that Joe Biden is looking to up his digital game against Republican Donald Trump.
Biden’s team has been in touch with multiple firms that specialize in crafting digital ads and online messaging campaigns.
Mike Bloomberg’s company Hawkfish is one of at least three firms that are at the top of the campaign’s list.
Other firms include one co-founded by Biden’s campaign manager, Jen O’Malley Dillon.
According to Politico, Biden's team is fighting over whether to use an outside firm or keep costs down with an in-house digital team.
Biden's digital team stands at roughly 25.
Trump's digital team is in the hundreds.
