Six buses burned in huge fire after travel agency employee drops cigarette in one vehicle

Six buses were burned in a huge fire after a travel agency employee threw a cigarette inside one vehicle in Northern China.

The video, filmed in the city of Xinzhou in Shanxi Province on May 10, shows a row of six buses being engulfed in flames with thick smoke rising into the air.

Firefighters can be seen using a water hose to try to put out the fire on the site.

According to reports, a travel agency employee named Liu threw a cigarette inside a bus after smoking and left the vehicle.

After around four minutes, smoke and flames started to emerge from the bus and the fire spread to ignite five other buses.

Since the buses were about to be scrapped, no one was injured.

Liu was arrested and the case is in further investigation.
