Speaking after a raid in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, Assistant ChiefConstable Pete O'Doherty says police working on Operation Venetic havearrested more than 50 people in the south-east region.
The operation isdesigned to catch criminals who use Encrochat, an encrypted platform used byserious organised criminals across the UK.
A total of 13 warrants wereexecuted with six arrests, five of conspiracy to supply class A drugs and onefor firearms offences.
