Met hold minute’s silence for fallen officer Matt Ratana

A minute’s silence has taken place across the Met in memory of Metropolitan Police Sergeant Matt Ratana.

The 54-year-old died from a gunshot wound to the chest after being shot by a handcuffed suspect in the early hours of September 25 at a custody suite in Croydon.
