From there ... memorial turns to josh russell ... who slices in for the first score of the game ... 7-0 tigers at the half.

From there ... he gives the rock to peyton guerzini ... who batters his way in for the touchdown.

Knotting the game at 7 a piece we move to the 4th ... same score ... facing 3rd and short ... ellspermann fires to the sideline ... and nick harper makes the snag ... staying in bounds and keeping the drive alive.

Now memorial goes with some trickery..

The double reverse fools everyone including the cameraman ... and dominic norman scampers 25 yards to give the tigers back the lead.

This one goes down to wire ... with memorial rallying for a 19-14 victory.

A top the hill that trophy is what is on the line... mater dei takes on reitz for west side supremacy.

Second quarter..

Mater dei on the move..

Mason wunderlich drops back and throws over the middle to eli mcdurmon..

Mater dei moves the chains.... and the wildcats continue the air attack.

Wunderlich fakes the handoff and fires to preston turner... who gets stopped shy of the endzone..

But no matter.

One play later..

The wildcats finish the drive..

Bryce humphrey through traffic.

Reitz looking to respond.

He's pushed out of bounds..

A few plays later..

Harrison spreading the wealth..

Billy sears gets taken down on top of a bulldog..

So he springs back up and gets his kicker into field goal range... and bradly watson doesn't disappoint.

The senior splitting the uprights.
