New York Is Hit by Traffic Restrictions Again: Speed Limit Might Be Reduced to 20 MPH

New York is turning into the land of restrictions, motorits complain. Authorities are planning to lower the speed limit down to 20 miles per hour from the current 25 miles per hour, on most streets in five boroughs as early as this year under "Sammy's Law."
