Congress insulting Indian kings and queens but silent about atrocities of Sultans and Nizams: Narendra Modi

Modi, who was campaigning for BJP candidates Jagadish Shettar and Annasaheb Jolle, said “by insulting kings and queens, Congress insulted Chhatrapati Shivaji and Kittur Channamma”. He claimed that the history of India's freedom movement was written with an appeasement mentality, which the Congress continues to maintain for its vote bank.
