Nobel laureate refuses Polish honour due to LGBTQ+ rights debate

2018 Nobel Prize-winning writer Olga Tokarczuk has turned down the offer of honorary citizenship from Lower Silesia due to anti-LGBTQ+ attitudes in the area.
