Tottenham 'to rival' Liverpool and Man Utd in battle to sign Kalidou Koulibaly

Napoli star Kalidou Koulibaly has been strongly linked with a transfer to the Premier League for a number of years while Tottenham have entered the race along with Manchester United and Liverpool
