Lead singer of Grimsby tribute band Coldplace travels 250 miles to perform emotional show for terminally-ill Coldplay fan

Shane Crofts of Coldplace travelled a ten-hour round trip to perform for Steven Flay in Somerset, who was unable to attend the Coldplay concert in Cardiff due to his worsening condition.
