Hereford drink-driver banned for 40 months after offence

A DRINK-driver caught out in a busy Hereford street while over the limit has been banned from the roads for more than three years. Jerzy Kapuscinski was found guilty of one count of driving while over the alcohol limit when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford in September.
