Castle and Falcon pub licence under review as man ‘knocked unconscious’ in Balsall Heath

A dispute where punches were thrown outside the Castle and Falcon pub in Moseley Road, Balsall Heath, has led to a request from West Midlands Police for the premises licence to be reviewed.
