Tory MPs Seeking To Avoid No Deal May Resign Next Week

According to Reuters, the British government may witness an exodus of cabinet ministers over Brexit.

A cabinet minister said that if Tory MPs are banned from voting for a plan to stop a no-deal Brexit, next week could see another wave of resignations.

British Prime Minister Theresa May's Brexit deal was overwhelmingly voted down by the parliament last week, forcing the government to come up with another plan.

But one of Prime Minister May's red-lines has been the issue of a no-deal, which Labour Party members and other MPs want to avoid.

Work and Pensions minister Amber Rudd said that if Conservative Party members are stopped from preventing a no-deal, Prime Minister May can expect more resignations from her government.
