Australian Teenager Gets A Mural Honoring His Activism

According to Business Insider, the teenager who smashed an egg on the head of a far-right Australian senator has been honored with a mural in Melbourne.

Senator Fraser Anning, an Australian politician, who blamed the New Zealand mosque attacks on Muslim immigration, was egged by a 17-year-old identified as William Connelly, during a press conference in Melbourne on Saturday.

Wasting no time at all artist Van T Rudd, the nephew of former Prime Minister of Australia Kevin Rudd, took to the streets to paint a homage to Connelly.

Rudd posted a photo of his artwork on his Instagram account.
