He is a Man United player, he is of course one of our big performers on the big stage.

He knows the game against PSG (Paris Saint Germain) was not his greatest moment so he is only focused on playing well tomorrow against Barcelona.

I can not see him not playing for Manchester United next season either." 2.

"I expect Chris (Smalling) to defend really well, that's his job, Paul's job is to be the creator, when we win the ball that he drives forward, of course I expect him to 4.

(SOUNDBITE) (English) CHRIS SMALLING SAYING: "It's something to relish I think.

I mean this season I've been lucky enough to face Ronaldo and Mbappe and they're all challenges that I definitely relish and I think players at this club relish, I say bring it on." STORY: Ole Gunnar Solskjaer said on Tuesday (April 9) that midfielder Paul Pogba is focused on Manchester United's Champions League quarter-final first-leg match against Barcelona.

United manager Solskjaer also answered speculation that the French midfielder would leave the club at the end of the campaign, saying he fully expects the 26-year-old to be at Old Trafford next season.

After a strong start to his managerial career the Norwegian has seen his side beaten in three of their last four games, however their stirring comeback in the last round, when they came back from a two goal deficit in the home first leg to go through against Paris Saint Germain, gives Solskjaer optimism ahead of Wednesday's match at Old Trafford.

Barcelona will go into the tie as favourites, with Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez likely to be constant goal threats, however both Solskjaer and central defender Chris Smalling said they relish the opportunity to play against the best players in the world.
