Nigel Farage Hit By Milkshake On Brexit Party Campaign Trail

On Monday, Nigel Farage was struck by a milkshake in Newcastle.

According to Business Insider, the Brexit Party leader was campaigning in the city ahead of Thursday’s European elections.

Afterwards, Farage was heard saying "this is a failure" and asking his security: "How did that happen?" Northumbria Police said a 32-year-old man was arrested for common assault after the incident.

Several right-wing candidates for the European elections have been struck by milkshakes in recent weeks, including UKIP candidate Carl Benjamin and far-right activist Tommy Robinson.
