(SOUNDBITE) (English) SAUDI ARABIA ENERGY MINISTER PRINCE ABDULAZIZ BIN SALMAN, SAYING: "I would say that Saudi Arabia is a consumer-oriented country.

And we have - even under this stressful environment demonstrated our resilience as a government, over constraint a government I must say also.

And the resilience of the country operating.

We are proud of the Saudi and non-Saudi that have (been) working for Aramco." The attacks caused a spike in oil prices.

The damage halved the crude oil output of the world's top oil exporter, shutting down 5.7 million bdp of production.

Yemen's Houthi group said it carried out the attacks.

But the United States says Iran is responsible.

Iran denies any involvement.
