Monroe County company reports coronavirus case

Tronox confirmed one of its employees tested positive for coronavirus.

Department of health reported two new coronavirus cases today.... one more person tested positive out of pearl river.... and one case hit closer to home... state health leaders say one person tested positive out of monroe county... but they did not specify where in the county.... however, a local company told us one of its employees tested positive for the virus... tronox senior vice president, melissa zona said an employee at the hamilton plant reported to the medical suite with a fever on wednesday, march 11 and was sent home... that person is currently undergoing treatment... the company say they decontaminated the medical suite and the employee's work area.
