If a business is classified as "non-essential" by this order i can't open today--- but only specific types of businesses are listed.

The order outlines four categories this applies to: entertainment venues, athletic facilities, close-contact service providers--like hair salons, and certain retail stores.

It also prohibits any non-work related gathering of more than 10 people or any size gathering where people can't maintain a 6 foot distance.

On top of this order, the previous order is still in place closing beaches, senior centers, in-person learning at schools, and mandating all restaurants serve only take-out or delivery.

The order does list some essential employees that the closure doesn't apply to like law enforcement, health care facilities, grocery stores and state and local governments like here at the marshall county courthouse.
