Waterville food pick up

The Connected Community Schools is hosting a food pick up on Tuesday, March 31st, for families in need anywhere in the surrounding area.

Speaking of waterville...toda y, volunteers unloaded and prepped for a food drop... that will take place at waterville junior and senior high school tomorrow.

The food will be distributed to over 400 families in the waterville area.

Now assistance will not be limited to families whose kids go to waterville...its all to help those who need it most during this challenging time.

Each family can pick up a bag that contains food for up to 5 days.

Of course deansboro, oriskany falls, brookfield.

You don't have to have students in the district.

It's open to anyone.

We certainly will give away over 15,000lbs worth of food.

That includes meat, produce, cheese, butter, fruit, vegetables, and whatever you need."

Pick up is from 1-5pm tomorrow at the waterville jr sr high school.

The brothertown connected community schools - community response team and other volunteers helped make this all possible.
