Tourism industry is taking a big hit as we continue to cope with the statewide stay-at- home order.

Right now prophetstown state park joins all 25 indiana state parks forced to close their campgrounds.

This is according to governor eric holcomb's updated stay-at-home order.

This month is typically the start of the season at the farm of prophetstown.

Farm leaders are usually hosting school field trips and family activities.

And while the farm and park are two separate entities, dexter says they heavily depend on each other.

We do what we can to support the park and get more people out to visit, they do the same for us, right now we're both trying to do some virtual education and putting some videos online.

You can find a link to these educational videos on our website wlfi.com.

Dexter says the farm animals are doing fine.

But they will be excited to interact with humans when this is all over.
