In some cases people want to help but maybe aren't sure how.

Abc 36's cody adams shows us how a facebook group is helping make those connections.

All over the bluegrass we're seeing people use their talents to help in the fight againts covid 19.

And quite frankly, for some, it can be very overwhelming.

Thankfully a facebook group is playing match maker by pairing groups in need of masks... with mask makers.

The group is called kentucky face mask warriors.

Its incredibly simple.

On the groups facebook page they have uploaded c1 3 a sign up document where you can share your sewist info.

Then in a seperate spread sheet the sewist can see what requests have been made and if they think they can fill any of those needs.

It's part of a nationwide response as well by people looking to make a difference from their homes.

And quite a difference the organization has made.

Nationally face mask warriors has supplied thousands of masks.

As for the bluegrass branch... the group is now more than 500 people strong.

And orders are literally being filled all day long.
