A local firefighter has died from covid-19.... firefighter john schoff-stall has died from the coronavirus.

We learned this just before the newscast started this morning.

We reached out to chief of the department jeff fisher.

He says firefighters are escorting schoff-stall from union hospital to fitzpatrick funeral home in west terre haute this morning.
