That's when a crawford county deputy shot back and hit darley.
He later died at the hospital.
The investigation is on-going.

Nonprofit historic macon ... the beall's (bill) hill neighborhood association and ebenezer missionary baptist church organized the testing.
The national guard performed free tests ... for nearly 100 residents... 18 and older.
Each person had to complete a registration form online and did not need a referral.
Pastor henry kennedy says... its important for people to know their health status.
"so many people that came through the line to receive testing today.
They probably didn't have medical insurance so this was a great opportunity to help those individuals and give them hope to to share with them as well the god love them not only through the teachings and preachings of the gospel but showing them passion"" test results will be sent by phone within 72 hours.
