Matt, renee... right behind me at the main entrance of mckenzie- willamette medical center, they are doing drive through testing.

While you do you do need a doctors note to get the test, the test is free.

The assistant c-e-o tells me while many insurance companies do cover of the cost, he says don't worry about the copay.

Everything else will be written off.

And even if you don't have insurance, he say the federal government will foot the bill after they take down your information.

Sherron murchy got tested today after being advised by her doctor.

She says she lost her sense of taste and smell, and has had headaches and felt exhausted for two weeks.

She lives with her sisters and she's worried about their health too if she tests positive.

Tto think maybe i might have it made it even worse all i want to do is go to bed and go to sleep.

The testing at mckenzie- willamette is made possible with equipment bought by the university of oregon.

If you have mild symptom, you are strongly encouraged to see your doctor to see if you should get tested or not.

Out of the more than 450 people that have been tested at mckenzie- willamette, i'm told only 6 have come back positive.

None of those tests were done at the drive-through.
