Wedding During COVID

A wedding...a birthday..

Or any other joyous event..

The pandemic has made it difficult to celebrate the happy times in our lives..

Many people who spent months planning their weddings..

Have had to make some big decisons about the ceremony.

Abc 36's justin roth talked to a couple in versailles who changed their plans in order to celebrate the special day.

When a global pandemic hits the backyard was the next best option for one couple 27 "we had a scheduled wedding a castle hill wine on june 27th which is a saturday and basically a couple weeks in the whole shutdown we realized it wasn't happening.

We had people flying from washington state with flights and social distancing it clearly wasn't going to happen."

They limited attendance from the over 100 they originally planned for 10 "with very few people we socially distanced we had to have witnesses but and of course the minister."

And for everyone else.technology took care of them.

I think we had about 80 to about 85 users and i would assume a lot of those would have two to four people."
