Some tense moments at a local motel... with police ordering evacuations and going into a three hour stand-off with a suspect.

Officers say they found 65 grams of meth which they say equals 650 doses of the drug.

Another man is facing charges of vandalism... after police say he smashed the windshields of several cars chico police arrested this man "justin zillyette"... at a car dealership on park avenue tuesday evening.

Investigators say zillyette was seen throwing rocks through the windshields, and damaging the hood of another car.

People in the midwest are bracing for what could be another day of heavy rains and flooding.
