Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb said on Wednesday most of the state will be able to move to stage three of the reopening process on Friday, May 22.

That's earlier than the original plan, which had stage three starting on May 24.

Governor holcomb announced today the state will move into the next phase of reopening ahead of schedule.

The executive order will take effect friday at 12-01 a-m.the order will allow gyms, community pools, and campgrounds to open.

Social gathering will be allowed up to 100 people and retail stores and malls can operate at 75 percent capacity.

Governor holcomb says we've earned the ability to move forward and he owes that to people doing their part to stay safe during the pandemic while phase 3 starts friday, lake, marion, and cass counties will begin this phase on
