When you think of kids you probably think of all the germs that they bring.

Here at the terre haute boys and girls club they're making sure every kid they welcome in...leaves safe and healthy.

Bobby moore says the first thing you'll notice is the check in.

Moore is the director of operations for the club.

He says when kids arrive temperatures will be checked followed by health questions.

Moore says parents aren't allowed to come inside.

The plan is to keep the kids outside as much as possible.

Moore says they'll probably have no more than 50 kids here on monday.

The kids will be broken up into small groups and stay in those groups through the remainder of the day.

"you know if they send their kids here to the boys and girls club we're going to take every percuation to make sure that their kid is safe and that they're practicing great handwashing techniques and social distancing.

We're trying to find innovative ways that we can keep the kids busy" moore says all the doors will be open except for the outside doors.

That way they can keep touching and spreading any possible germs to a minimal.
