The crash happened about 3:30 this afternoon in lowndes county, a few miles past the highway 45 exit.

It appears a red pick-up and a white truck collided.

The white vehicle flipped and landed in the median.

Ems, state troopers, deputies and volunteer firefighters were all there to help.

Traffic slowed while crews cleared the scene.
