Following his recent BLM freestyle, rapper LL Cool J is hoping to preserve classic hip-hop with the expansion of his website, RockTheBells.com.

The site was originally launched in 2018 as the 'preeminent destination to elevate classic hip-hop culture' and hosts video content, artist features and merchandise specific to the culture.

LL also recently posted a 'Black Lives Matter' freestyle rap, which he said took him only 40 minutes to compose.

"I stand with love and I stand proudly by the words that I wrote," he said.

"I feel like it's probably some of the most important things I've ever written.

It came from the heart.

And the response has been that people have been inspired.

And that's what you want to do.

You want to inspire people to do more, be more, learn more." The lyrics from the rap will be sold on T-shirts and hoodies with part of the proceeds benefiting 'Black Lives Matter.'
