Fund warning and Bardstown first to receive funds

Money 2.jpg the state's attorney general is warning those on medicaid not to get taken if they get money from the cares act fund.

Attorney general daniel cameron says those on medicaid and living in nursing homes or assisted living facilities could have their money seized by the facilities... and that's illegal.

He is encouraging medicaid beneficiaries to report the facilities if their funds are confiscated.
