State police are investigating after a man is found shot dead in a driveway in magoffin county.

C1 3 they say the body of 78-year-old jerold arnett was discovered in the driveway off roanne road.

Police say an autopsy was preformed but the results haven't been released.

They also say no arrests have been made.
