19 new cases to announce today..a slight uptick from yesterday.

<change > 12 people are hospitalized.

By the way we are at the lowest three day average since the begining of may.

Nearly 40-thousand 800 tests have been performed, thats over 500 more than yesterday.

In herkimer county, just one new case today...increasing the total to 155.

<change > one person is in the hospital.

Over 11-thousand tests have been performed.

And in otsego county...no new cases today.

So the total stays at 75.
