Have a spring break next year.

University officials say the decision was based on health and safety concerns for students... and the entire campus community.

They say the idea is to compress the academic calendar... and to encourage students to stay on campus, as much as possible.

Campus officials took questions from students... ranging from mask wearing.... self- quarantining.... reporting those who are non-compliant... and mental health support.

Officals stressed the importance of daily symptom screening.... saying it puts health at the forefront of the students' minds.

The students were also told there is mental health support available if they needed it.

One of the options... the "wildcat wrap- up"..
